Some call him an actor, others just call him to hang up on him....Marv has been involved in theatre for about 15 years, doing everything from playing trombone in summer musicals, middle school and high school, to lights and sound for his first introduction to the Impossible Players, a local theatre group that he's been involved with for 10 years. That first play, "One Flew Over the Cuckoos' Nest", would start him on a long, and very strange trip where he would meet his future wife, Lara, in “The Female Odd Couple”. His first time on stage was "My Friend Miss Flint" where he took artistic liberties and twisted his nipples in front of dozens of people - whom still to this day say, "That was his greatest role ever!" He has done shows like "The Sting", “Wait Till Dark”, “A Few Good Men”, “Dearly Departed”, “The Odd Couple”, “ Cat On A Hot Tin Roof”, and “I Hate Hamlet”, where he wore tights and a cod piece and after which people were heard to say, "That was his greatest role ever!"
